Milkshake/shake (sometimes thickshake) if it contains milk or ice cream;
otherwise, it's usually called a smoothie. If on long bread/roll, it's
a sub (sometimes hero), else it's just a regular ol' sandwich. Water
fountain, if piped; water cooler, if it's a jug on a stand. Soda.
Funnel cake. Have heard of "frappe" only as a speed on my blender.
Never heard of a cabinet. Thought "bubbler" was British English. Only
doughboy in my lingo is Pillsbury ;-> or, yes, a soldier.
